Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across teams.

About the Role

Our client, a global technology consulting firm with a distributed workforce, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and champion Agile transformation initiatives. This fully remote position requires a dynamic leader who can guide multiple teams and business units towards adopting agile methodologies and principles. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous delivery, and adaptability across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide agile transformation strategies.
• Coach and mentor teams and leadership on agile principles, practices, and values.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of agile processes and tools across project teams.
• Manage the portfolio of agile projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance.
• Develop and deliver training materials to support agile coaching and education efforts.
• Measure and report on the progress and effectiveness of agile transformations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on leading agile transformations.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across multiple teams or an organization.
• Expertise in agile coaching techniques and a passion for enabling team self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies.
• Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist are highly preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams and projects is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
