Unknown is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Research Scientist to join their pioneering team. This fully remote position enables contributing to drug discovery from a home office.

The role focuses on leading research, designing experiments, and collaborating with CROs and academic partners in a virtual setting; ideal for a highly motivated scientist with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related life science.
• Minimum 5 years post-PhD research in drug discovery.
• Proven track record of leading projects and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
• Expertise in assay development, HTS, and in vivo/in vitro pharmacology models.
• Proficiency with data analysis software and electronic lab notebooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives from target identification to preclinical validation.
• Design and execute complex experiments in molecular biology, pharmacology, and biochemistry.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CROs and academic partners in a virtual setting.
• Mentor junior scientists and promote scientific rigor and innovation.
• Stay updated with literature and technological advances in relevant therapeutic fields.
