Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related life science field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in drug development.
• Expertise in drug formulation, analytical chemistry, and regulatory guidelines (ICH).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex scientific information.
• Proficiency in common laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex R&D projects, including drug discovery and formulation development.
• Develop and validate innovative analytical methods for characterizing drug substances and products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemists, biologists, and regulatory affairs specialists, in a remote setting.
• Interpret experimental data, draw robust conclusions, and present findings clearly to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Author scientific reports, research protocols, and contribute to patent applications and regulatory submissions.
