Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• At least 6 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research with a focus on drug discovery.
• Proven expertise in designing and performing in vitro and ex vivo assays for target validation and screening.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple research projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute hypothesis-driven research to identify and validate new drug targets.
• Use biological assays and screening technologies to assess compound efficacy and MOA.
• Analyze data, interpret findings, and make strategic recommendations for progression of projects.
• Collaborate remotely with medicinal chemists, pharmacologists, and scientists to advance drug candidates.

Requirements
