Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Analyst to join their fully remote team. You will optimize MES, ERP, and related software, analyze performance, and implement solutions across multiple production sites, driving data integrity and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, strong SQL/BI skills, and a track record of successful remote project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IE or a related field.
• 7+ years analyzing, implementing, and supporting MES/ERP integrations.
• Experience with MES platforms and ERP systems as listed.
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Ability to manage remote, independent projects.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating training materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISA-95 is desirable.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement improvements to MES, ERP, and related software.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and operations to define requirements.
• Develop system documentation: processes, configurations, user guides.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for manufacturing systems.
• Conduct user training and create training materials.
• Stay current with manufacturing systems tech and best practices.
• Develop data validation strategies to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage small to mid-size system enhancement projects.
• Contribute to strategic planning for future upgrades.
