Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IE or a related field.
• 7+ years analyzing, implementing, and supporting MES/ERP integrations.
• Experience with MES platforms and ERP systems as listed.
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Ability to manage remote, independent projects.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating training materials is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISA-95 is desirable.

About the Role

Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Manufacturing Systems Analyst to join their remote operations team. This is a fully remote, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in optimizing and integrating the company's manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and other critical software platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, data integrity, and overall operational effectiveness across various production sites. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for system optimization.


• Design, develop, and implement improvements to MES, ERP, and other manufacturing-related software systems.


• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.


• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


• A minimum of 7 years of experience in analyzing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing systems, with a strong emphasis on MES and ERP integration.


• Proven experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, Rockwell FactoryTalk) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).


• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and potentially BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience in developing training materials and conducting user training is a plus.


• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g., ISA-95) is highly desirable.
