Qualificações

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, MBA, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Proven track record leading multi-site manufacturing improvements.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong remote leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and improving complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain, quality management, and EHS principles.
• Proficiency in using advanced manufacturing software, data analysis tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required for site visits or key meetings.
