• Excellent knowledge of production equipment, processes, and safety protocols within the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
