Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production operations and driving significant improvements in efficiency and profitability.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, quality control, and financial management.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and remote work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and change initiatives.
