You will support global transactions, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration, working independently and with international deal teams and external counsel.

You will lead complex M&A matters, coordinate with business units worldwide, and stay informed on market trends, enabling strategic growth in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience focused on M&A transactions.
• Cross-border and domestic M&A deal expertise.
• Strong understanding of corporate and securities law.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize M&A agreements (SPA/APA).
• Advise on deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
