Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer with a focus on supply chain optimization to join their fully remote team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain design and optimization.
• Proven expertise in supply chain modeling, network design, inventory optimization and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve inventory, logistics, transportation and warehousing processes.
• Utilize modeling and simulation tools to forecast demand, optimize network design, and evaluate scenarios.
• Collaborate remotely with procurement, manufacturing and sales to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in implementing supply chain improvements and new technologies.
