Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, OR, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with SCM/logistics optimization.
• Proven capability with data analysis, modeling, and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain analysis, warehousing, transport, and inventory.
• Develop data-driven strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Design logistics solutions using technology and automation where applicable.
• Perform network analysis, capacity planning, and simulation modeling.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance to implement optimizations.
• Define KPIs and produce reports and business cases for improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain engineering.
