Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives from a remote location. This executive role demands strategic thinking and a proven ability to foster a world‑class safety culture across operations, especially in oil and gas.

You will develop, implement and oversee HSE policies and programs, conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations, and deliver training for staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HSE management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant HSE legislation and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and utilizing remote collaboration tools effectively.
