Placements24 is recruiting a Remote Senior Project Manager to lead complex global initiatives from a home office. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects across regions and time zones, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders in a remote-first setup.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing international projects, strong virtual leadership, and adept communication across cultures. A Bachelor's in Business Administration is required; a Master's or PMP is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong track record of managing international and/or global projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects within a fully remote work environment.
• Proficiency in leading and motivating virtual teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Experience with risk management in a global context.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex global projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, considering international variables.
• Effectively manage and motivate geographically dispersed project teams using virtual collaboration tools.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders, regardless of location or time zone.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate global project risks and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Implement and adhere to project management best practices tailored for remote and global operations.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and workshops, ensuring productive engagement.
• Drive project deliverables and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for future global initiatives.
