Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical or electronics testing and validation.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and scripting languages (Python, LabVIEW).
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage testing activities effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for electrical and electronic components and systems.
• Develop automated test scripts and procedures to improve testing efficiency and repeatability.
• Specify and set up test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and specialized test fixtures.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and document findings in detailed reports.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to address identified issues and improve product designs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality management systems.
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide technical guidance.
