You will translate educational theories into practical content, mentor colleagues, and ensure inclusive resources that meet diverse learning needs while advancing evidence-based practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in early childhood education with curriculum design.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital learning content and LMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative early years curricula across domains.
• Create comprehensive lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with standards.
• Develop digital learning modules, interactive content, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and designers to produce high-quality materials.
• Research latest trends and best practices in curriculum design.
• Pilot and evaluate components, implement feedback for improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other curriculum developers.
• Ensure content is inclusive and culturally responsive.
