Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote-first technology team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, develop CI/CD pipelines, and implement IaC with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.

You will champion Docker and Kubernetes, monitor performance, automate tasks, and mentor junior engineers while helping shape cloud architecture and ensure high availability for critical applications from your home

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong CI/CD tooling proficiency (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• IaC experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Deep containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Solid networking and security fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote collaboration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum.

• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
