Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a specialization in AWS to join a fully remote team. You will architect, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, automate infrastructure and CI/CD processes, and empower development teams to deploy rapidly and securely.

The role requires 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS expertise, and hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles with a strong AWS focus.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform).
• Proven containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud monitoring.
