Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote DevOps Engineer to join its technology team. You will bridge software development and IT operations, automating deployment pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and improving reliability and scalability of cloud systems.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform or Ansible, monitor performance, and collaborate with development and QA to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
