Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable data infrastructure for the Oil & Gas sector in a fully remote role. This position focuses on delivering robust data platforms and analytics capabilities across large datasets.

You will develop ETL/ELT pipelines, manage data warehouses and data lakes, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional data engineering experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or complex data environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT.
• Strong data modeling and architecture knowledge.
• Remote work capability and collaboration skills.
