Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer to design and refine educational programs for young learners. You will craft age-appropriate, developmentally sound content to be delivered online or in blended formats from anywhere in the Western Cape, with Paarl as a focal hub.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Extensive curriculum design experience for early years.
In-depth knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience with digital learning environments and content creation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative curriculum frameworks for early years education.
Create engaging learning materials, activities, and assessments for young children.
Ensure curriculum content aligns with developmental milestones and standards.
Research and integrate best practices in pedagogy and learning technologies.
Collaborate with instructional designers, tutors, and subject matter experts.
Review and update curriculum materials based on feedback and performance data.
