Placements24 is seeking a Remote Early Learning Program Developer to design and deliver innovative digital curricula for preschoolers. This fully remote role lets you shape early education from anywhere, with a home base near Port Elizabeth.

You will craft engaging, play-based modules, collaborate with instructional designers and subject experts, and test content with users to continuously improve the program. A strong background in early childhood education and instructional design is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, with a strong focus on early learning.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital educational content.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Excellent project management, communication, and creative thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive, play-based curriculum modules for online delivery to preschool-aged children.
• Create engaging digital assets, including interactive activities, videos, and educational games.
• Ensure all developed content aligns with early learning standards and best practices in child development.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to refine program content.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the learning programs.
