Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with at least 7 years post-admission experience in commercial law and contract management.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Strong knowledge of SA contract law, consumer protection, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, including data protection and consumer law.
Conduct legal risk assessments and advise on mitigations.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to tailor solutions.
Develop standardized contract templates and processes.
Manage and resolve legal issues arising from commercial relationships.
