Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 7+ years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling complex M&A and corporate restructurings.
• Proven drafting/negotiation of sophisticated commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements and documents.
• Conduct thorough due diligence for significant business dealings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on business formation and shareholder agreements.
