Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions, part of ICON Clinical Research, seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead country-level study delivery, ensuring adherence to protocol, ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, budgets and timelines. You will guide local study teams and drive start-up, monitoring, and inspections.

You will collaborate with global study teams to support patient recruitment and successful study delivery, while managing risks and ensuring quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Extensive clinical research experience in CRA/Study Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• 3–5 years in project management; cardiovascular and respiratory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level clinical study delivery with on-time, on-budget execution.
• Oversee start-up activities: feasibility, site selection, regulatory submissions, site activation.
• Manage study progress, identify risks, implement mitigations, resolve operational issues.
• Oversee site monitoring and ensure compliance with protocols, ICH GCP, sponsor requirements, and local laws.
• Maintain TMF/eTMF documentation and inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with global teams, investigators, vendors to support patient recruitment and delivery.
