Placements24 seeks a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a fully remote position. Lead data management activities across trials, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery while mentoring a remote team.

The role requires expertise in EDC systems, GMP/ICH guidelines, and strong leadership skills. Expect a strategic impact on study data quality and regulatory readiness in a global biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive clinical data management experience.
• Extensive experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave or Oracle Clinical.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and implementation of clinical databases and data validation plans.
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and database lock processes.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Lead data management team members and provide mentorship.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain data management SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform data review and query management with timely resolution.
• Contribute to study protocols and other documents’ data sections.
• Manage vendor relationships for data management services as needed.
