Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing major civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, demonstrated through portfolio examples.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and financial controls relevant to construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote team management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools.
