Job summary

TMA Proactive Partners is seeking a Senior Brand & Product Designer to lead brand identities, visual systems and high-quality digital products. The role blends brand strategy, graphic design and UX/UI, with hands-on execution and collaboration with developers.

You’ll shape marketing assets, design systems, and scalable components for web and app experiences while mentoring teammates in a small, fast-moving studio environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience in a design studio, creative agency, or digital product environment.
• Brand development and visual identity work.
• Brands developed from concept or from the ground up.
• Strong typography and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of brand identities and visual systems.
• Develop and evolve brands from concept to fully realised identity systems.
• Create high-quality marketing, campaign, editorial and digital brand assets.
• Build, maintain and evolve scalable design systems for web and app products.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Translate brand systems consistently across digital product experiences.
• Conduct design reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Work closely with developers throughout implementation.
• Review production builds and conduct design QA for visual fidelity.
• Identify inconsistencies or opportunities to improve brand and product experiences.
• Mentor and support other members of the design team.
• Share design best practices and expertise across tools and workflows.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve design quality, processes and ways of working.
