Placements24 is seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to join a fully remote product team. You will lead design, development, and deployment of complex blockchain solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving architectural decisions.

As a senior technical leader, you will collaborate with distributed teams, push the boundaries of blockchain capabilities, and influence security and scalability across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development with at least 3 years in blockchain.
• Expertise in Solidity or Vyper.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus, and cryptography.
• Proficiency with Web3 libraries and frameworks for dApp development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain projects.
• Strong problem-solving and remote leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and secure blockchain applications and protocols.
• Lead the implementation of smart contracts, ensuring code quality, security, and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior blockchain developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, conduct security audits, and ensure best practices are followed.
