Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will lead a distributed team, develop and enforce BIM standards, and manage BIM workflows across high-profile projects using Revit and Navisworks.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BIM coordination on large-scale projects, strong digital construction knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to drive BIM adoption and project delivery in a global context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in BIM standards, execution plans and workflows.
• Strong leadership and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models for complex projects with data integrity and clash detection.
• Provide technical leadership and support on BIM software and workflows.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration through model sharing and platforms.
• Conduct BIM training and promote adoption of advanced digital technologies.
