Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficient in Python and Django.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL and ORM concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture.
• Version control with Git.
• Strong fundamentals in CS, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs with Python/Django.
• Collaborate with frontend, product managers, and stakeholders to define features.
• Optimize performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
