Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a globally recognized aviation analytics leader to recruit a Senior Aviation Data Analyst for a fully remote role. You will extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets on flight operations, fleet performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions for airline and aerospace partners.

You will build statistical models and ML solutions, create dashboards with Tableau or Power BI, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, Economics, etc).
• Minimum 7 years of professional data analysis experience with a strong aviation focus.
• Proven expertise in statistical modeling, ML techniques, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large aviation datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop statistical models and ML algorithms to identify trends and optimize efficiency.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Identify KPIs and metrics to track performance and business objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and answer business questions.
