Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Aviation Data Analyst Lead to guide a global analytics team. You will drive data collection, processing, and interpretation of aviation datasets to uncover insights and strategic opportunities.

You will design robust data pipelines, build dashboards, and perform advanced statistical analyses and predictive modelling. A master's in a quantitative field and 6+ years' experience, including leadership, are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of data analysis experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven aviation data experience preferred or related data.
• Strong statistical, ML, and predictive modelling skills.
• Proficient in Python or R with SQL and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of data analysts.
• Develop data analysis strategies from flight, maintenance, and market data.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards.
• Perform complex analyses and predictive modelling.
• Identify KPIs and report to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay current with analytics and aviation tech trends.
