The ideal candidate holds a senior ATC licence with 10+ years of experience, strong instructional abilities, and a track record of mentoring junior controllers.

Qualifications

• Valid ATC licence with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience in training or mentoring junior controllers.
• Strong knowledge of ATC procedures, regulations and communication protocols.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time independently.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver remote training modules for ATC simulation and pilot training.
• Oversee simulated air traffic environments ensuring realism and procedural adherence.
• Provide expert feedback to trainees during simulated scenarios.
• Develop SOPs for remote training environments.
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve simulation fidelity and training effectiveness.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide detailed assessments.
