Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aviation-related tertiary education is a plus.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment aptitude test and medical examination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, make quick decisions under pressure, and maintain concentration.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Willingness to undergo extensive training in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Undergo rigorous training to become proficient in air traffic control procedures and systems.
• Monitor radar displays and other systems to track aircraft movements.
• Communicate with pilots to issue clearances, advisories, and instructions.
• Coordinate with other air traffic control units and stakeholders.
• Learn and apply airspace management principles to ensure safe separation of aircraft.
