Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting for aircraft maintenance issues.
• Review and interpret aircraft maintenance logs, manuals, and repair schemes.
• Guide on-site maintenance teams through complex repair procedures via remote communication.
• Perform virtual inspections and assessments of aircraft systems and components.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend preventative actions.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Advise on parts sourcing and procurement for repairs.
• Assist in development and refinement of maintenance procedures.
• Document remote support activities and findings accurately.
