Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on line/base maintenance experience.
• Proficient with remote diagnostic tools and digital maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance and diagnostic support for aircraft maintenance issues globally.
• Analyze maintenance logs and flight data to identify problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with on-site teams via video conferencing, phone, and software to guide troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Develop and refine remote troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor aircraft system health remotely and flag anomalies for immediate action.
• Liaise with engineering to resolve complex queries and implement dispositions.
• Maintain accurate records of remote support activities and resolutions.
• Contribute to a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
