Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Telesales Agent at Blacksmith, you will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role is full-time and remote within South Africa, with a focus on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach and write clearly.
• Experience with outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
