Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing leads and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to create high-quality touchpoints and maintain accurate CRM records.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
