Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over mass emailing, using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS a plus).
• Ability to craft personalized outreach at scale.
• Strong written communication and thoughtful sequencing.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research target accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
