Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, delivering thoughtful outreach rather than mass spamming.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles (agency or SaaS a plus), strong writing skills, and experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
