Job summary

Occy is recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound opportunities for our HRTech solution in UK markets. You will engage HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations leaders across SMEs, primarily in the care sector, via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

You will book qualified discovery calls and demos, maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, and contribute to refining our outreach messaging to improve conversion rates in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months outbound SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Strong cold-calling skills and confident phone engagement.
• Excellent written communication for email and LinkedIn.
• Highly organized with CRM discipline and accurate record-keeping.
• Remote-friendly, self-motivated, coachable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers.
• Generate and book qualified discovery meetings and product demos.
• Qualify prospects and handle initial objections.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline stages.
• Collaborate with sales to improve messaging and outreach sequences.
• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting quotas.
• Stay informed about Occy products and value proposition.
