Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to meet volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
