Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. As an outbound agent you will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
Experience in agency or SaaS environments preferred.
Excellent written communication and ability to tailor outreach.
Proficiency with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

Research and target ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
Design and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
