Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith to potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain high-quality touches and meet volume goals. Remote work is available within South Africa.

Competenze

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar role preferred.
• B2B sales experience with quota exposure is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach.

Mansioni

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
