Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR roles or similar agency/SaaS experience.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Familiar with Salesforce and managing a personal pipeline.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
