Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Mansioni

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
