Qualifications

• B2B sales experience and quota attainment.
• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar roles.
• Strong written and personalised outreach skills.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
