This is a remote role within South Africa, leveraging tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to run thoughtful, personalized outreach at scale while keeping every touchpoints high quality and the CRM clean.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota attainment preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
