Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; SaaS or agency experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and personalization in outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and source ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
